Search for Jobs- You can search the Employer Jobs by typing in the keywords in the search bar and choose your location

Apply-

• Employer Jobs- You can apply for the Job post upon completing the mandatory fields in your dashboard and attaching the resume. We recommend you to update the profile completely so that you have best chances of shortlisting by the recruiters.
• Jobs with referral- Jobs will be listed on the tab Jobs with referral available and you will be able to see and apply for the post relevant for you only. Once you are shortlisted, you will receive an email from the portal

How it works-

•  Referror can choose to sign up on the portal using social networking site.
  
  
• After login into the portal, you would need to post the Job Vacancy. 
  
  
• Once you post  the Job, it shall be verified by the Admin and the Job opening will show into the relevant Job seekers profile without disclosing your identity. 
  
  
• You can track the status of your Job post, edit or delete it. Once you receive the applications from the Jobseekers, their profile will appear in your dashboard
  
  
• Now the final step, you can choose the profile most relevant for the Job and shortlist them by approving it.
  
  
• When you approve it, a mail will be sent to the Candidate for your successful referral.
